Spring has sprung, and we have a lot going on with the buidling project. We completed our final design of the facility in November, with CVA (Claudio Veliz Architecture), out of Chester. In January, we hired Wright Construction (from Mount Holly) as general contractor, and Phase 1 construction was begun. To date, we have raised enough funds to complete most of this initial phase, which includes the HVAC system, which is a crucial component to the facility. And now there is even money left over to get us started on the studio. That work is beginning shortly.

Since the cold weather is behind us, we may very well stay in the trailer on the job site, until the studio room is complete. At that time, we will obtain our certificate of occupancy and move-in to the new facility! It will be a major upgrade, and it will be functional, but it will not yet be complete.

We are in need of more funds in order to take us through Phases 2 and 3, which includes the "Digital Learning Center" (classroom / conference room), editing suites, the Historical Media Center, equipment storage, and more.
